REMINDERS:
- Eat gently, in small bites / sips. Do not force!
- At each meal, think of adding a little fat: a teaspoon of oil (Iso 4 type, olive, rapeseed, sunflower, preferably), cream or a small knob of butter.
- Drink between meals 30 minutes before or after, in small amounts. Objective: drink 1 liter of water a day.
- Eat protein in priority: about 50 to 80g of meat or equivalent per meal and 3-4 dairy products per day. Then consume starchy foods (rice, rusks, semolina …) and last, if you are hungry, vegetables and fruits.
- In case of By-Pass surgery, do not over sweeten foods and drinks!
Chew well your food and DO NOT FORCE.
AFTER THE FIRST MONTH
The diet becomes of normal texture, respecting splitting and small quantities.
