For French patients these video consultations are covered by the French Social Security system in the same way as a classic consultation in the office if it is a follow-up consultation if you have already consulted the doctor in the past 12 months.
DURING THE COVID-19 PERIOD, even if you have not consulted Dr. Randone in the last 12 months, your video consultation can still take place, it will also fall within the criteria for a SOCIAL SECURITY REIMBURSEMENT.
You will need a "Doctolib account" as well as an internet connection from a computer or a smartphone equipped with a camera.
The consultation will be paid by credit card through the Doctolib platform and the remote transmission will be done directly at your cash desk.
You can send your control exams or any document for the attention of the doctor through the Doctolib platform or by email upstream.
