PREMIUM ROOM
Premium rooms offer a more spacious welcome with a recliner, accompanying sofa bed, desk area, minibar fridge, safe, air conditioning, large flat screen TV, telephone, wifi access and large individual bathroom.
SINGLE ROOM
Single rooms allow for a more comfortable stay while offering you and your visitors the privacy of your own space. They are equipped with a recliner, flat screen TV, telephone, wifi access and individual bathroom.
ACCOMPANYING
- Accompanying guests can be accommodated in single rooms subject to the availability of guest cots on the day of admission and subject to certain medical restrictions.
- Guests can order a meal at supplement.
DOUBLE ROOM
They are all equipped with recliners and bathrooms.
TELEVISION
Access to television, with TNT channels and some satellite channels, is available to you at a supplement upon request for double rooms.

There is a direct line for national calls in each room
- To obtain your number, call the switchboard by dialing 9.
- To reach the outside, dial 0 then the desired number.
PERSONAL EFFECTS TO BRING
- Pyamas and slippers.
- Toiletries.
- Towels and washcloths except in premium rooms.
MEALS
Meals are served in your room at 8 a.m., 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. They are offered based on your pathology or according to medical prescriptions.
- A special menu of your choice, vegetarian or kosher, is available upon request.
- You can order a snack that will be served between 4 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. at a supplement. Prices are displayed at admissions and available in the wards.
- For hygiene and traceability reasons, outside food and drinks are prohibited.
VISITS
- Young children or babies are strongly discouraged from visiting because of the infectious risks for them and for the patients.
- Flowers and animals are prohibited in the establishment.
- Please respect the calm within the establishment.
- With the patient's consent, family and loved ones can meet with the Medical Team upon request to the Director of Nursing Services.
- Upon request to the nursing staff, you can receive the minister of the religion of your choice.
HOSPITALIZATION SERVICE
- From 12 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
- They are limited to 2 visitors per room, including single rooms.
CONTINUOUS MONITORING UNIT (USC)
- From 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- They are limited to 1 visitor at a time.
DISCHARGE FROM FULL HOSPITALIZATION
Scheduled discharges take place daily until 11 a.m. with the agreement of the practitioner responsible for your hospitalization.
- Between 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the nurse gives you the necessary medical documents to carry out your administrative exit formalities.
- If your condition requires a convalescence, the medical and nursing teams will organize your transfer.
